We are seeking a results-driven professional for the Transformation and Simplification Team within Stellantis Purchasing & Supply Chain.
The role leads end-to-end process analysis and ICT solution design, defining target architectures and transformation approaches to drive convergence, simplification, and value across PSC.
It plays a key role in the transformation journey, leveraging data, AI, and automation to enhance decision-making and business performance.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in process and system architecture, cross-functional leadership, accountability, and a strategic mindset, with solid knowledge of modern ICT enablers (Data, AI, Cloud, analytics).

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap
- Define PSC W2B processes and systems strategy, target landscape, and multi-year roadmap across all domains.
- Design integration approaches with internal (Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing) and external ecosystems (Suppliers, Carriers).
- Translate evolving business needs into robust process and system solutions.
- Develop and validate business cases aligned with corporate and ICT strategy.
- Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, cost efficiency, and benefits.

Execution & Governance
- Support delivery by coordinating ICT partners and Build Teams.
- Monitor scope, budget, timelines, risks, and benefits realization.
- Act as focal point for Enterprise Architecture, ensuring compliance with standards and governance frameworks.
- Identify application rationalization and decommissioning opportunities, managing related KPIs and reporting.
- Ensure quality and consistency of architectural and application data (e.g., CMDB, assessment tools).

Transformation & Innovation
- Integrate AI, data analytics, and automation to optimize processes and decision-making.
- Track transformation progress through dashboards, KPIs, and corrective actions.
- Promote simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement across PSC.
- Stay current on industry trends and propose innovative ICT solutions, including AI/ML and predictive analytics.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a trusted partner for Business and ICT stakeholders.
- Drive change management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Inspire teams through strategic vision and inclusive leadership.

Le profil recherché

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in similar roles or environments.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in program, budget, and resource management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
- Fluent English.
- Suitable backgrounds: Enterprise Architect, ICT Program Director, Senior Data or ICT Strategy roles.
