Within the Mainstream Eyewear Departement, you will evolve in the Product team. AsProduct Manager, you will bein charge of the product development process and will play a key role in the main steps of theconception of the new frames collections for the next seasons.

The main missions will be the following:

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

- Lead and coordinate the full product development lifecycle, from initial brief to showroom sample delivery, leveraging established tools, methodologies, and systems to ensure seamless execution and ontime delivery.
- Create clear and comprehensive product briefs aligned with brand, market, customers expectations (materials, shapes, colors, pricing). Collaborate closely with suppliers throughout the development phase.
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, both within eyewear and across adjacent industries, to identify trends, opportunities, and bestinclass practices.
- Prepare and facilitate strategic meetings with key stakeholders involved in new product introductions, including design, engineering, purchasing, finance, category management, and master data teams.
- Participate in internal alignment meetings and work handinhand with fellow product managers, trend specialists, planning teams, and technical engineers to ensure full coherence and feasibility of the product roadmap.

PRODUCT STRATEGY

- Analyze datas to understand brands / products performance at global and local levels and identify business opportunities.
- Work in collaboration with Brand Manager to shape brand strategy and build a compelling 3-year product and marketing 3-year-plan
- Craft powerful, insightdriven storytelling to support marketing teams and elevate the impact of new collection launches across target audiences.
