ContextAs part of the development of new generations of embedded electronic systems, a major automotive industry player is strengthening its Hardware team with a Senior Power Electronics Engineer.You will contribute to the development of power converters for electric vehicles, participating in the design, simulation, validation, and optimization of electronic subsystems with significant technical challenges.You will work within an expert power electronics team on innovative projects involving On-Board Chargers (OBCs) and DC/DC converters.Responsibilities & Scope of WorkElectronic DesignDesign electronic schematics for power electronics functions.Perform electronic simulations to validate design choices.Participate in PCB layout and follow-up of electronic boards.Select and size electronic components according to technical requirements.Power Converter DevelopmentParticipate in the development of power converters such as LLC, CLLC, PFC, Buck, Boost, and Flyback converters.Design architectures using advanced switching technologies (MOSFETs, IGBTs, and power modules).Contribute to the modeling and multiphysics simulation of systems.Validation & TestingPerform functional and validation testing of electronic boards.Conduct electrical measurements, calibration activities, and result analysis.Identify anomalies and propose corrective actions.

Required ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience in Hardware design focused on power electronics.Strong expertise in power converters: LLC, CLLC, Flyback, Buck, Boost, PFC, etc.Proficiency with electronic simulation tools.Experience with an electronic CAD tool such as Zuken.Solid experience in validation activities, electrical measurements, and result analysis.Knowledge of modeling and multiphysics simulation is a plus.Good command of English is essential.
