Transaction Execution AnalysisPerform financial analysis of potential acquisition targetsBuild and review business plan and financial modelsSupport valuation analyses (DCF, trading & transaction multiples, simplified LBOs)Participate in due diligence processes (financial, commercial), including coordination with advisors and summary of key findingsSupport BU M&A teams in their deal execution Origination & Market IntelligenceVarious M&A related researches and analysisPerform sector and competitor analysisMaintain and develop internal M&A databases and benchmarks Internal CoordinationWork together with internal M&A teams and internal BU or HQ expertsPrepare internal materials: investment memos, due diligence summaries, investment committee presentation and Board of Directors presentationsPrepare the Group M&A pipeline dashboard and the Group M&A reporting

EducationMaster's degree (Bac +5 equivalent) from a leading Business School or Engineering SchoolSpecialisation in Corporate Finance, Finance or M&A Professional Experience~3 years of professional experience, ideally in Transaction Services activities / Valuation / Corporate Finance department / Corporate M&A environmentStrong exposure to financial analysis, due diligence and transaction executionExperience with midcap / smallcap transactions is highly valued
